Cordia Capital Management, a Los Angeles-based real estate investor, has sold a distribution facility in Portland, Oregon, for $32.5 million, or about $153 per square foot. A Novato, California-headquartered property manager, HCA Property Management, purchased the property, which sits in the Swan Island Industrial Park and hit the market in November 2023 with an asking price of $39 million.
