Al Isaac, the president of local commercial real estate brokerage NAI Isaac, sold a retail and office property in Lexington, Kentucky, for $16.49 million, or about $148 per square foot, to Phillips Edison & Co., a real estate investment trust that owns and develops grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout the United States.
