Jody Smith has joined UK adviser Kimmre as a partner to head a dedicated industrial and logistics occupational advisory team.
He joins from Montagu Evans and is an experienced adviser to developers, landlords and tenants.
Kimmre said the latest recruit confirms its commitment to providing clients with the "best advice in the sector". It has a seven-strong specialist industrial and logistics capital markets team and Smith will now focus on building a team to advise developers and tenants.
