Joint Venture to Incorporate Additional Retail, Potentially Multifamily Space at Nearly One Million-SF Office Complex

Energy Square, a three-building, 958,445-square-foot, Class A office complex located in Dallas, has been acquired by GlenStar Properties, a Chicago-based commercial real estate company, with the backing of USAA Real Estate Co., the real estate investment arm of San Antonio-based Fortune 500 company USAA, for an undisclosed amount.
