Supertel Hospitality (NYSE: SPPR), a Norfolk, NE-based real estate investment firm, signed an agreement to acquire the SpringHill Suites by Marriott at 524 South Saint Mary’s St. in San Antonio, TX; the Hotel Indigo at 1776 Harvard Ave. in College Park, GA; and the Courtyard by Marriott at 14402 Old Saint Augustine Rd. in Jacksonville, FL for $42.5 million.
