JLL Brings Back Leader for Atlanta Expansion
JLL's Atlanta office has hired Lauren McNally, who has more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience, to serve as regional manager of property management. In her new role, McNally will lead the expansion of JLL’s property management business, the firm said. JLL’s current portfolio in the Atlanta region contains 80 million square feet in 306 office and industrial buildings. For McNally, who most recently served as director of property management operations at the Brookdale Group, her move marks her return to JLL, where she spent 14 years managing properties across Atlanta. She began her career as a tenant service coordinator at JLL and eventually worked her way up to a vice president and senior general manager role. As a JLL regional manager, McNally will be a member of the Atlanta senior executive leadership team and help drive business expansion and growth initiatives in the region, the brokerage said.
McNally's experience in Atlanta and the Southeast will help JLL expand its property management presence in the region, said Mark Zettl, JLL’s president of property management. “As flight to quality predictions play out, it is important that we have leaders equipped to navigate and best manage existing and future assets to make sure they attract blue-chip tenants," Zettl said in a statement.
