Fruit-based beverage company Welch’s announced plans to relocate from its longtime corporate home of Concord, Massachusetts, to the closer-in Boston suburb of Waltham, in what qualifies as one of the largest headquarters moves of the year to date for the Boston region in an otherwise down year for office deals.
