Inspire Brands, an Atlanta-based firm that owns Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings and Sonic Drive-In, has agreed to acquire the Jimmy John's sandwich chain in a move that will help Inspire climb in the ranks of the nation's largest restaurant companies.
