Former country music star bolsters ISS management
Author and former country music recording artist Chely Wright joined ISS North America as senior vice president. The global facilities management firm said she also will serve as head of corporate social responsibility and new markets for North America. Wright is based in the company’s New York office and will focus on client relationships, partnership ventures and internal culture, ISS said. She worked most recently as chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer at Unispace, a global workplace consulting, design and construction firm, where her clients included consumer health brand Kenvue, Kraft Heinz and Orrick.
Prior to her corporate career, Wright was named the Academy of Country Music’s top female vocalist in 1994 and later recorded hit songs such as “Single White Female” and “Shut Up and Drive.”
CBRE promotion targets Florida business
CBRE promoted Gian Rodriguez to senior managing director in its Miami office and extended his leadership duties to include its Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office, the real estate services firm said. Rodriguez will take over responsibility in Fort Lauderdale from Executive Managing Director Josh Bank, who will continue to oversee CBRE’s Florida operations, the company said.
CBRE said Rodriguez will also continue to oversee the company’s industrial services across South Florida. Rodriguez joined CBRE in January 2024 from Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as managing principal for South Florida.
Colliers expands in Iowa with new hire
Colliers hired Mark Mills as a vice president to lead the brokerage’s expansion into the Des Moines, Iowa, region. The company said Mills will be the primary contact for Colliers’ brokerage business in Iowa and report to Jeremy Jacobs, the company’s executive managing director and North-Central regional market leader based in Minneapolis. Mills joined Colliers from R&R Real Estate Advisors, where he served as a senior vice president. He is a former co-owner of a restaurant in the Des Moines region.
NAI Robert Lynn grows Houston services

C.E. “Trey” Erwin III joined NAI Robert Lynn as an executive vice president in the brokerage’s Houston office, where it also hired Josh Carl as a vice president. Both joined NAI Robert Lynn from Lee & Associates, where Erwin was a principal and Carl was a director.
Erwin’s prior work involved transactions in port-of-entry locations and industrial outdoor storage properties. Carl has worked with tenants and investors in logistics real estate, including yards and distribution properties in port-of-entry markets in Texas. Dallas-based NAI Robert Lynn opened its Houston office in early 2023. The brokerage also has a regional office in Fort Worth, Texas.
Westmount taps executive as part of investment expansion

Westmount Realty Capital named Deuce Robertson as senior legal counsel and managing director of transactions, the Dallas-based real estate investment firm said. Robertson most recently served as senior vice president at Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits LLC, where he led a legal team that managed acquisition, development, leasing and financing of industrial and office properties across the U.S. and Canada.
He formerly practiced law at McGuire, Craddock & Strother PC, where he represented clients that included multifamily and commercial developers. Westmount was founded in 1985 and has regional offices in Chicago, Atlanta, Milwaukee, San Francisco and Orlando, Florida.
