Tamares-Led J.V. Closes $270 Million Purchase of Gannett HQ in Tysons

Tamares, a London-based investment firm led by business magnate Poju Zabludowicz, partnered with the Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company of Finland to close on its previously announced acquisition of Gannett's (NYSE: GCI) headquarters complex in Tysons Corner, VA, for $270 million, or approximately $325 per square foot.
