Formerly Known As: Four Seasons Resort Dallas at Las Colinas
Owner: Partners Group and Trinity Fund Advisors
Takeaway: A joint venture between Partners Group and Trinity Fund Advisors, an affiliate of Trinity Real Estate Investments, acquired the property and will rebrand it to The Las Colinas Resort, Dallas. After a $55 million propertywide renovation, it will become The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas in 2024.

Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City Beachfront

Location: Ocean City, Maryland
Formerly Known As: Dunes Manor
Owner: OTO Development
Takeaway: As part of its repositioning and rebranding, the hotel will have 170 beachfront rooms with balconies, an indoor pool and a deck overlooking the ocean.

Juniper Preserve, a Destination Wellness Resort

Location: Bend, Oregon
Formerly Known As: Pronghorn Resort
Takeaway: Following its rebranding, the property will receive upgrades to its gym and wellness center, launch a Kids Explorer Club, add outdoor yurt facilities and open a new marketplace.

LaSalle Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Location: Bryan, Texas
Formerly Known As: LaSalle Hotel
Owner: New Castle Hotels & Resorts
Takeaway: As part of joining the Tribute Portfolio soft-brand, the hotel will receive interior and exterior renovations.
