Short-Term Rentals Driving Up Residential Rents, Desjardins Group Report Says

North America’s largest federation of credit unions is urging government action to discourage Canadians from operating short-term residential rental properties as the country copes with an ongoing housing crisis that has seen vacancies dwindle and apartment and other housing rents skyrocket.
