Canopy Growth Corp., a Canadian maker of cannabis products, has reached an agreement to sell its 600,000-square-foot facility in Smith Falls, Ontario, for $53 million after announcing its closure in February. Canopy had used the facility for flower and edibles production, as well as office space.
