US multifamily group Greystar has submitted plans to Croydon council for One Lansdowne, a major development site in central Croydon.
Designed by HTA Design, the plans propose 783 rental homes across two buildings of 35- and 47-storeys, a new public green square, flexible workspace, a shop and improved connections to nearby East Croydon Station.
