Knight Frank, the independent global property consultancy, has added a quartet of appointments to its global data centre valuations and consultancy team.

Isobel Green has joined as senior surveyor alongside Harry Hannam who has also joined as a senior research analyst from the Macquarie Group. Selda Selgjekaj joins as business support coordinator with the team supported by graduate Olamide Emiloju.

The multi-disciplinary data centres team now comprises 16 individuals globally.

Knight Frank’s data centres team forms part of its global service line and specialises in investment, site transactions and occupier advisory, in addition to valuation, consultancy and research.

KF says that in the last 12 months, the data centre valuation and consultancy team has valued over £5.5 billion in data centre investments across the EMEA and Asia-Pacific markets.
