Full Floor Leases Signed at Skyscraper in Downtown Minneapolis

Two new tenants have signed for a total of three floors at a 42-story skyscraper in downtown Minneapolis that had one of the area's highest vacancy rates before the coronavirus pandemic, an ongoing crisis that has unsettled much of the commercial real estate world and the office sector in particular.
