Ponte Gadea, a Spanish firm known for its blockbuster buys and fast fashion roots, has reportedly agreed to pay $415 million for the Arbor Blocks office developmentoccupied by social media firm Facebook in Seattle's South Lake Union district, a deal that could set a new per square foot price for office sales in the city.
