Shaw Real Estate secured its fifth investment in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. corridor after teaming up with The Mayflower Cos. owner Mukul Mehta to buy the vacant distribution warehouse at 3701 Southwestern Blvd. in Baltimore from New Mill Capital for $3.5 million, or approximately $22 per square foot.
