Sophia Swain has joined Leaders Romans Group as the company’s first chief technology officer, working out of its Wokingham head office.
Swain previously worked as head of digital delivery at professional services specialist LRQA, managing its IT system transition.
LRG, known for its work around landlord/tenant portals and administrative efficiencies, said she will oversee several large projects, helping to increase efficiencies through technology and enhancing customer service.
The company added that the board-level appointment reflects LRG’s “continued prioritisation of digital communication across all elements of the group”.
Michael Cook, chief executive officer of Leaders Romans Group, said in a statement: “In appointing Sophia to this newly created role, LRG has taken a significant step forward in its approach to digital communications.
“Over the next year we’ll be making significant advances in our online services and it’s great to have the benefit of Sophia’s experience and insight in doing so.”
LRG calls itself “one of the UK’s largest property services groups” and operates in a number of area, including commercial property management, business rates, development and planning.
