Madison Realty Capital Advisors has recapitalized its holdings in the Whale Square office building in Brooklyn, New York, divesting a 75% ownership interest in the property to Manhattan-based private investment firm Nightingale Properties in an $84.09 million transaction that valued the asset at roughly $220 per square foot.
