The sale also included a land lease for the 21,000-square-foot adjacent parking lot. The two-story, 27,011-square-foot retail and office building was built in 1994 as part of the Colorado Plaza and is located in the Central Retail submarket. Dax Gitcho and Sandy Feld of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the buyer. Evan Makovsky, also of NAI Shames Makovsky, represented the seller.
