A Kuwait-based investment fund managed by KFH Capital Investment Co. emerged as the winning bidder for 2 Riverfront Plaza, the 337,543-square foot office tower in downtown Newark, NJ, developed by SJP Properties and Matrix Development Group and majority occupied by Panasonic Corp. for its North American headquarters.
