Stevenson, MD-based Quest Management Group closed on the largest multifamily acquisition in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area this year with the purchase of five communities totaling 2,490 units from a joint venture comprised of Federal Capital Partners and ROSS Development & Investment for $328 million, or approximately $132,000 per unit.
