Over a career of 25 years in real estate, Keenan has worked with firms to expand their real estate holdings and joint venture partnership interests across diverse commercial and residential portfolios. Prior to joining Doran Companies, he served as the director of real estate acquisitions and capital markets at Olympus Ventures. He spearheaded business development and joint venture partnerships for the real estate investment firm.
In his new role at Doran Companies, Keenan will take charge of advancing new product types and overseeing project performance to mitigate risks, address challenges and establish measurable performance goals for the company's expansive real estate portfolio.
