A new Uxco Group residence near Clermont-Ferrand in 2027

In a press release, Capelli and Sogeprom have announced the submission of a building permit for a 223-unit student residence south of Clermont-Ferrand, in Aubière, near the Cézeaux campus. Scheduled for delivery in the summer of 2027, the complex is intended for Uxco Group, which has just finalized a €300 million refinancing of three of its Ecla assets located in the Paris region, in Villejuif, Noisy-le-Grand and Palaiseau, representing a total surface area of almost 100,000 m² and 3,800 beds.
