Developer Mark Ledom Proposes $25 Million St. Anthony’s - A Catholic Retirement Community Project

The former Highland Professional Tower, a vacant nine-story office tower located at 6724 Troost Ave. in Kansas City, MO, will become a part of the new retirement community proposed by Mark Ledom of Diversified Asset Management Co. Known as St. Anthony’s - A Catholic Retirement Community, the $25 million development will include 120 independent-living apartments in the former office tower as well as two new three-story wings containing 49 assisted-living units and 54 memory-care units.
