TerraCap Management's challenges with a two-building office complex in the greater Denver area began when it closed on the property in March 2020. Nearly half a decade and a foreclosure auction later, the Florida investment firm has lost ownership of the buildings to its lender as pandemic-related challenges created myriad hurdles that proved insurmountable.
