Trafford Council and Bruntwood Works have finalised their joint venture acquisition of Stretford Mall as well as Altrincham’s Stamford Quarter Shopping Centre and Clarendon House from M&M Asset Management and the "Lunar" real estate vehicle in what they termed a "£50m property deal" that more than doubles Bruntwood Works’ retail and leisure portfolio.
