Commercial agent Mark Slade has joined Sanderson Weatherall to expand the firm’s agency services in the South West.
Slade joins the firm with 25 years’ experience working as a commercial agent in the region’s property market, having been an associate at Bruton Knowles for seven years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
The recruit also spent five and a half years as director at Maitlands Commercial and 11 years as an industrial agent at Stratton Creber Commercial.
Sanderson Weatherall said he "specialises in providing disposal and acquisition advice in all main property sectors, to businesses and property owners across the South West".
Ashleigh Phillips, head of the company in Plymouth, added: "Mark’s appointment is another significant milestone in growing the Sanderson Weatherall Plymouth office. His experience and reputation as a first-class agent in the South West will significantly enhance our agency offering.
"Having previously worked with Mark for seven years, it is fantastic to be rebuilding a team which has a history of great teamwork and success."
The pair were employed by Bruton Knowles between 2017 and 2022, before Slade moved to University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust.
Sanderson Weatherall was appointed to sell Wilko's Worksop head offices on behalf of joint administrators in January after the high street giant collapsed last year.
