In Papillion, Nebraska, near Omaha, the completion of the Vestara 72 apartment property fills a gap for upper-scale multifamily rental inventory in the area.
The 154-unit project has won a 2024 CoStar Impact Award, as voted on by local judges with knowledge of the market.
Vestara 72 is one of four Metonic Real Estate Solutions 'apartminium' complexes, a product type the company describes as providing the comfort of a condominium with the convenience of apartment living. Comprising 154 apartments, Vestara 72 offers one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations.
The property has an all-inclusive pricing structure. Unlike most traditional rental properties, Vestara 72 simplifies the process by bundling internet, parking, pet fees and utilities into one comprehensive package.
About the Project: Vestara 72 is a 154-unit apartment or "apartminium" complex that was completed in June 2023. Beyond its innovative pricing model, Vestara 72 offers an array of amenities designed to enhance residents' quality of life, including a heated resort-style pool, a 24-hour fitness center equipped with a private yoga room and a smart fitness mirror.
