Paris 18th: Asgard signs a former master's workshop at 6.50%.

According to our information, the Asgard family group, chaired by Marie and Romain Ruby, has acquired a former master's studio at 43 rue Ganneron in Paris's ^18th arrondissement on behalf of a club deal of private investors. The office property was acquired from a private investor at a deed-in-hand rate of around 6.50%. With a surface area of 350 m², it is fully let to a communications agency. As part of this transaction, Asgard was assisted by Colliers (Simon Wizman).
