Sacramento’s Liberty Centre Building Goes for $17.7 Million

There has only been three seven-figure office sales in the Sacramento office market since April 19, one month after California’s stay-at-home order took effect in response to the coronavirus pandemic, and year-to-date transaction volume is nowhere near the number of completed sales seen in recent years.
