Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II, a non-traded real estate investment trust focused on net-leased data center and healthcare assets, acquired the Cervalis Data Center at 6 Norden Pl. in Norwalk, CT for $58.9 million, or about $351 per square foot, from CyrusOne, Inc.
