Engineering and Consulting Firm Expands to 1330 Broadway on 10-Year Lease

Arup, an independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists founded in 1946, has signed a lease to occupy the 13th floor of 1330 Broadway in downtown Oakland. The ten-year, 16,034-square-foot transaction represents an expansion for the company.
