A newly built office space in Culver City is offering what tenants are looking for these days when returning to work.
Developer Lincoln Property, based in Dallas, opened its roughly 347,000-square-foot Entrada office at 6181 Centinela Ave. in Culver City, California. The high-end office won a CoStar Impact Award for development of the year in Los Angeles after being selected by a panel of local industry professionals.
The 11-story office offers outdoor work areas, fitness areas, outdoor break rooms, retail and parking in one of the most desirable office markets in greater Los Angeles. The office has yet to attract a tenant since it opened in March 2022 but its premium amenities are what tenants desire in modern offices, including concierge services. There's even a 1,500-square-foot screening room on the property catering to tenants working in the world's entertainment capital.
