Atrium’s NAV climbs 2.8%

Atrium European Real Estate’s net asset value per share rose 2.8% to €6.19 over the second quarter, as the Jersey-listed property company recorded a €260m rise in its income-producing portfolio to €1.8bn.

In its half year and second quarter results published this morning, Atrium said the rise in the value of its income-producing portfolio was the result of its 171m acquisition of the Promenada, one of Warsaw’s largest shopping centres in May. It has been re-valued upwards by 69.1m.
