Delancey's Minerva takeover prompts Wandsworth review

Wandsworth council is encouraging a new "whole-place solution" to the developments of the neighbouring Ram Brewery and Southside Shopping Centre sites as Delancey's takeover of Minerva is set to give the company a controlling stake in both.

This week Delancey and AREA’s 120.5p per share cash offer for Minerva was declared wholly unconditional in all respects. It leaves Delancey and AREA's Jupiter special purpose vehicle in control of a number of major development sites, including the 7.7-acre former Ram brewery site in Wandsworth, SW18.
