UBS snaps up central London office block for £28m

UBS Global Asset Management has bought the freehold of a central London office building from Scottish Widows Investment partnership for £28.3m – a net initial yield of 5.85%, CoStar News can reveal.

The 46,000 sq ft building at 17-19 Rochester Row in Victoria is let to Capita Business Services until September 2022 with no breaks and a rent review outstanding in 2016.
