CoStar Analysis: The wave of student accommodation developments continues in Nottingham

Experian’s former office is the latest to be converted into student accommodation

It was recently reported that Lambert House, formerly occupied by Experian, will be converted into 180-room student accommodation. Nottingham City Council gave conversion plans the green light this week. Study Inn, which manages more than 1,800 student rooms, acquired the Talbot Street building in February for £30m and is expected to start the redevelopment soon.
