Bibby Line set for Costcutter takeover deal

Bibby Line Group, the Liverpool-based mini-conglomerate, is in talks to take full control of Costcutter, the convenience store retailer.

The Bibby Group already owns 51% of the Costcutter company, which it bought in 2007 for an estimated £100m, and a deal is set to be completed in the next six months.
