Accrue Capital buys £14m portfolio from the Duke of Northumberland

John Slade and Stephen Webster ‘s private equity group Accrue Capital has bought the ‘Hotspur’ property portfolio from the Duke of Northumberland’s property company for £14m.

Accrue has bought the UK-wide portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets from Northumberland Estates . It produces a net income in excess of £1.2m and the average tenant lease is five years.
