After recently sealing an €837 million agreement with Ardian for the sale of three Paris assets, the French luxury group today finalized the sale of 100% of The Mall Luxury Outlets. This entity manages two luxury outlet villages in Italy, "one in Leccio, near Florence, and the other in San Remo, on the Italian Riviera", state both the seller, Kering, and the buyer, Simon, in a press release.
