LaSalle buys two student housing blocks from Aviva for £23m

LaSalle Investment Management has bought two student accommodation blocks in Newcastle’s City Centre from Aviva Investors for £23.1m.

The purchase of Camden Court, which serves Northumbria University, and Magnet Court, let to Newcastle University students, reflect a net initial yield of 5.65%.
