System Property Development Co., a full service investment firm headquartered in Los Angeles, has purchased a fully leased office building in San Diego for $8.68 million, or approximately $502 per square foot. The seller, H.G. Fenton Co., said that the transaction was part of a multi-property reverse exchange.
