Bank of America has launched Taurus 2021-1 UK DAC, a £340.1m CMBS collateralised by a loan freshly minted and secured against a portfolio of 45 mainly last-mile assets in the UK assembled by Blackstone over the last year for £567m and spread over 4.1m sq ft.
