Chester council hunts partners for 25-acre retail quarter

Cheshire West and Chester council are hunting for partners and agents for a 25-acre retail and leisure quarter in Northwich in Cheshire.

The local authority has started to line up a shortlist of partners for the Barons Quay redevelopment, a retail-led regeneration on a 25-acre neglected site between Northwich town centre and the river.
