"I joined Healey & Baker on April 1, 1998..." This date is engraved in his memory, as are all those that have made up his career. And much more besides... Here, on the 6th floor of 7 Place Vendôme in Paris, Vincent Bollaert is rewinding the film of his life, which he describes as "very beautiful". "I'm nothing to be pitied," he says with humility. And that life turned on April 1, 1998, when he pushed open the doors of Healey & Baker, "hired by Thierry Juteau", who became his mentor along the way. Or the art of going beyond the family connection that initially brought them together. Thierry remembers: "Vincent was getting bored in telecoms at Sagem! So I asked him to join me. "And I said yes," says Vincent Bollaert, CEO of Knight Frank France since 2020. "Good for me..." Farewell to telecoms for the Paris Dauphine graduate, making way for real estate, which he would never leave.
