Blackstone/Catalyst appoint Houndshill agents

Blackstone and Catalyst Capital have appointed Tushingham Moore as joint leasing agent with Lunson Mitchenall at the Houndshill Shopping Centre, the Blackpool centre the partners bought out of receivership from a subsidiary of Modus for £85m in December.
