GPE/Capco JV readies sale of remaining £200m-plus trophy West End assets

Great Portland Estates and Capital & Counties are preparing to bring to market the final three assets in their Great Capital Partnership joint venture – all prime West End offices valued at more than £200m - ahead of the winding up of the venture later this year.

GPE's website lists the final three assets in the partnership as the following: Park Crescent West, a 129,500 sq ft block on the north of Oxford Street; Regent Arcade House, a 64,800 sq ft block at 19-25 Argyll Street; and 100 Regent Street/33 Glasshouse Street, a 53,100 sq ft block.
