At the recent groundbreaking for Foundry Commercial's and Prologis' 505,682-square-foot West View warehouse development, 10 minutes from Downtown, the partners held a "Friendsgiving" event to get blankets and food for people in need in the Tennessee capital.

During the event, 60 blankets were purchased from the Nashville Blanket Project, a nonprofit organization that helps Nashvillians experiencing hard times via its buy-one-give-one model. People who attended the groundbreaking also donated approximately 220 canned goods that were donated to Second Harvest Food Bank to help those in need of food across the region.

“This groundbreaking is not just about a building — it’s about building a stronger community,” said Casey Flannery, a member of Foundry’s industrial team, in a statement.

As for the West View building, Prologis and Foundry said it "will be the only infill bulk building in Nashville." It is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
